Is running/walking/jogging the best way to really slim your legs down?!


Question: Is running/walking/jogging the best way to really slim your legs down!?
or should I continue with the elliptical with resistance and incline!? Im really not seeing any difference with the elliptical and am thinking of just resorting to a combination of running jogging and walking!.

Any advice!? What other things can I do to target my legs!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. dont bank on the words 'fast','easy','simple' & 'quick'!.!.!.!.to stay safe,you shoudnt lose beyond 3 pounds of fat per week

2!. start brisk walking 40-60mins a day!.!.!.get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring!.!.or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of
cardio available and stick to all that you like

3!. drink only water,100% natural/fresh fruit/veggie juices,lowfat milk and lots of green tea

4!. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well!.!.make sure you eat a good breakfast!foods generally that aid fat loss-
fruits,oatmeal,milk,raw nuts,fish,beans,veggies, small chunks of dark chocolate and herbal teas!.

5!. do adequate amounts of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your cardio,make slight adjustments to your workout routines
every 2 or 3 weeks to avoid plateaus

6!. be smart when eating out or at events/functions(such as preparing your own meal & eating in advance)

7!. dont trust myths like "no food after 7pm"!.!.!.you have to stay nourished to lose fat,!.!.the best you can do if you are scared to eat is perhaps
drink a glass of ice chocolate lowfat milk mixed with a tsp of instant softened oatmeal!.!.!.

Honestly, about a year ago i lost over 40 pounds on the treadmill!. I started just walking fast at 4mph and then gradually i would run at 55mph!. I'm not a runner, but i was able to lose the weight!.!.it was amazing to finally fit into amazing clothes i didn't believe i could ever wear again!. If you don't have a treadmill, run outside! Especially in humid weather, as disgusting as it is, you burn more interesingly coz you have to work harder!.!.!.Good luck!

For you legs!.!.!.!.squats squats squats!.!.!.do them while cleaning, do them on a lunch break , if you dare even do them in line at the grocery store!. They are amazing for you legs and gluts!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Unless you have been trained in how to run and what type of footwear to use, stay away from running and jogging!. For slimmer legs, not only do walking, but also try bicycling and swimming!. It is also good cardiovascular exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Swim!. You can do a variety of exercises in the pool that will burn the hell out of your legs!. Treading water without using your arms works great!. Once that becomes easy, a more advanced technique is to lift your arms up and out of the water while treading water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yup! Also, take exercise classes which work out your muscles!. Strong muscles work out better!. Running alone with strengthen your legs!. You wont believe your calf muscles after 1 month! You'll notice them first!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Best way to slim down legs are; squats, leg press, leg curls
leg extensions, seated and standing calf raises!.

Also distance running!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Also try stretching so there could be room for muscle to grow!.
