if you really commit yourself to it, and drink a lot of water, then i think that you could do it! good luck!!!! that's roughly a pound a day, so i say lots of veggies, ride a stationary bike to build lean muscle (which is the good kind) for about twenty minutes a day (and don't slack-actually ride the bike!) , drink plenty of water, and be very strict with your diet, no junk food!. if you follow this, then i think you can most definitely do it! good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not sure about 30lb (2!.1st) but a good start is to do light cardiovascular exercise at least two or three times a week -try running 4 miles three times a week, watch your diet and try not to eat high-carb meals in the evenings!.

Also weight lifting can help to burn fat as 1lb of muscle requires ~70 or so calories extra to maintain a day and the act of exercising will raise your metabolism allowing your body to more efficiently process fats and proteins rather than just storing them!.

One tip I've come to realise is that you should avoid starving yourself; the body will respond by stockpiling everything even remotely fatty that you eat and you'll see only gradual improvement!. Eat small meals a few hours apart where possible!.

Yes!. Chances are you're carrying a lot of water weight (the fatter you are, the more you have) and that is dead easy to lose!. A small change in diet or activity can drop that weight far faster than the "3500 calories per pound" rule would suggest!.

That's actually part of why losing weight gets harder as you go!. The more weight you lose, the higher the proportion of fat you have to lose!.

Anyhow, I started from a lower weight at 4 inches taller (meaning, assuming you aren't massively muscled, I probably had a lower body fat than you're looking at), and lost 40 lbs in 2 months!. So I'm sure you CAN do it!.

Whether you SHOULD is another question entirely!. Weight loss that rapid isn't exactly safe!. I ended up weak as a kitten for months afterwards, and I started having dizzy spells!. Also, since I wasn't carrying as much water, I had to drink more often, or I'd risk fainting under exertion!.

If I were you, I'd shoot for 15 lbs!. Maybe aim for 40-45 lbs by Labor Day!.

Anyhow, as for how to do it: less sugar, less fat!. If you drink soda, either stop entirely, or switch to diet (it's alright if you drink it right after working out, though, when you're craving sugar); run or cycle or swim or something 2 or 3 times a week!. Lift weights!. (Building muscle helps you lose fat and keep it off) Oh, and walk more!. Park at the far end of parking lots!. Drive less!. Take the stairs instead of elevators!. If u want to lose ur wait for the first u need to do a lot of exercises!.
Then u must avoid JUNK FOODS!.
Have a lot of RABBIT FOODS like vegetables and fruits!.

@ Don't get yourself starve
@ After breakfast, make water your primary drink!.
@ Switch to ordinary coffee
@ Eat 90 percent of your meals at home!.
@ Eat only when you hear your stomach growling!.
@ Eat at least two servings of a fruit or veggie at every meal!.
@ Use a salad plate instead of a dinner plate!.
@ Eat more soup!. The noncreamy ones are filling but low-cal!.
@ Walk around the mall three times before you start shopping!.
@ Eat without engaging in any other simultaneous activity!. No reading, watching TV, or sitting at the computer!.

It's possible, but probably not reccomended!. That's about 5 weeks at 6 lbs!. per week!. Most it would probably be water weight loss, and you would gain most of it back!. I would try for maybe 2 lbs!. a week for a longer period of time, and then you would probably be more likely to keep it off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
