Results from working out?!


Question: Results from working out!?
I have always been on the thin side!. I've been working out on a weight machine lately!. After each workout my muscles get pumped up and I like the way I look, but the next day I'm back to being thin!. What do I need to do to always look like I do after a workout!? I've been working out every other day for about 3 weeks!. Do I just need to give it time!? Should I be working out with heavy weights one week and light the next!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your muscles look good because right after a workout they are pumped full of blood!. If they are draining that quickly after, then its time to increase the weight!. And KEEP increasing it as it becomes easier!. About 3 sets of 8-10 reps per exercise, and if you're not struggling by the eighth rep then its time to increase the weight!.

Also make sure your diet is clean with a lot of quality protein, and be sure to eat enough calories!.

Your muscles need 48-72 hours to recover from strenuous lifting!. So heavy weights all the way, and only a couple times a week!. Your muscles grow during recovery so try not to overtrain or else they won't!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
