Trouble reaching my 2000cals a day?!?!


Question: Trouble reaching my 2000cals a day!?!!?
im 16, 5"2, 8stone/112pounds!.
i know i should be eating 2000 calories a day but i simply cannot eat that much! 2 pieces of toast and i'm full and really bloated! i myst be eating about 1000 cals a day! maybe a little bit more!

i try and eat things high in cals but good for me as well! eating 3 meals a day + 5 fruit/veg is impossible!
i do exercise but after about 2 months i look unhealthily thin!

if anyone can help it'd be great!
what is a good balanced diet that includes everything i need but in smaller amounts!?
is there anything i can do to help my bloating and inability to eat much!!?
what vitamins can i take to make up for the food im not eating!?
and is there anything else i can do to help myself!?

I'd have instead of the toast which has little nutritional value have a bowl of hot oatmeal with raisens and a piece of fruit!.!.!.then as a snack!.!.!.have a yogurt or piece of cheese then for lunch have a half can of tuna and a salad!.!.!.an apple as a follow snack!.!.!.for dinner have whole wheat pasta with grilled veggies and some protein!.!.!.!.the size of your hand!.!.!.!.!.
There are natural remedies to increase your appetite!.!.!.!.go to a health food store!.!.!.!.you sound like if you drank protein shakes in between meals you'd be too full for the next meal!.!.!.!.
Exercise will increase your appetite and your need for more fuel!.!.!.!.!.Try some weights to build lean muscle mass!.!.!.soup cans work great in the beginning!.!.!.or water bottles!.!.!.!.get a good multi-vitamin too!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you may have a food allergy or be gluten intolerant!. gluten is a protein found in wheat (you mentioned being full after toast)!. if you are gluten intolerant your intestines can experience swelling in response to the protein causing bloating!. the bloating can stop your intestines from absorbing calories (ie keeping you unhealthy thin)!. check out this website and if it sounds familiar check with a doctor!. http://en!.wikipedia!.org/wiki/Coeliac_dis!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try adding tiny things that pack some calories to your meals!.
Like have some cereal or oatmeal and sprinkle some flax seed or wheat germ on it, or add nuts, or both! That already can add up to about 100 or more calories and you'll hardly notice!

Or you can buy some rather pricey weight management shakes, they're small and pack 250-370 calories per shake!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want to gain a little weight, start trying to eat some more red meat and eating nuts and things high in protein, but not high in fat!. Also, try drinking a slimfast or a weight management drink right before you go to bed!. Just remember to eat healthy, but try eating a little more each day!. And you might be eating more calories than you think, try keeping a food journal for a few days so that you can figure out how many calories you've ingested and then try to figure out what you can do to change and increase!.
