What mucsles do you have to work out to increase your bench, other then your pec!


Question: What mucsles do you have to work out to increase your bench, other then your pecs!.!?
I know you have to work out your bench!. But I know there are other mucsles that play a big role in increasing your bench such as your arms!. But like what are specific muscle groups that would effect your bench!. LIke maybe your back, or forearms ect!. Any info would help thanks!. I want to increase my max from 175 to 185 by the end of the month and im just curious about this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
