Question: Will this get abs!?
i am skinny
about 5 foot 10 inches and 160 pounds and i lift weights to gain strength but my diet is somewhat healthy i heard that diet is 90% of your way to abs, if i eat nothing but water/tea with lean protein like chicken and salads with little non fat dressing and fruits and veggies can i achieve thisWww@Answer-Health@Com

No, these answerers don't have a clue what they're talking about! Geez, if you're only 160 lbs, only eating and drinking the foods you mentioned will make you skinnier!.!.!.!.!. but NOT Leaner and more muscular!
You can only achieve the 'abs' you're looking for by working out ( sit ups, crunches etc!.!.!. )
and you have to have a lot more calories than that to achieve this!
Honestly, the best way is to eat 5/6 small meals a day!. * each meal should be no more than about 350 calories or so!. Eating small portions will help you maintain your energy levels thoughout the day!.
Also, before working out, have a "quick burning" carb and a protein!.!.!. Example: 1 slice of white bread with a tablespoon of peanut butter
This will give your body the quick energy that it needs for your workout and you will be able to burn it off quickly!.
For your 5 meals throughout the rest of the day, try to avoid high sugars and anything white basically!. ( pasta, sugar, bread, rice etc!.!.!.) Stick to breads and pasta's that are whole wheat or have full whole grains and include all food groups!. Eggs, milk, veggies and lean meats!.!.!. and yes, you do have to have some fat in your diet!.
Drink a lot of water and to be on the safe side, take a daily multi vitamin to make sure your body is getting all the nutrients it needs!.
* if all else fails, go to your local gym and get some advice from a professional on the best excercises to do to achieve the results your looking for!.

ahhh sorta!.!.!.U have to do the right exercise also!. Try this exercise I did as a youth(Im currently doin again:)Its leg lifts and requires nothing but U! lay on the floor(or bench if U hav one) and lift your legs up over your body past your head!.!.!.(at first it may be hard so wait untill after a week or so)!.!.!.then lower the legs till about 1inch from the ground!.!.!.(again!.!.!.mayb hard at first just lower about 6-8inches from ground) then repeat!.!.!.do like 2 sets of 10 the first week or so and at the end hold legs off ground for 5seconds!.!.I swear to U!.!.!.add me as a contact or something and U do this at least 6 times a week for 2months U WILL SEE RESULTS!!!!. I could care less about BA just do this dude!.!.!.I started up again at my age and its taken me 6wks to see results again!.!.in my heyday I use to do 3 sets of 100 and hold for 20seconds:) had a major 6pk to!.!.!.now after 6wks im doin 3 sets of 25 or 50 and holding at least 10secs at the end!.!.!.I promise if U do this and the way U said U were going to eat, U will get ripped!.!.!.3months doing this religiously and WHAM!.!.!.email me bro!.!.later:)Edit!.!.!.do what I said and do exactly like the chick above says:) she is a genius and deserves BA!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
