What would be better for me?!


Question: What would be better for me!?
So this summer, I will have no access to a gym what so ever, and I want to stay in shape or tone up some,
would it be better to run/jog 3 miles a day or to walk 3 miles a day!. I would like to lose some inches, what would be better!?
I have a diet plan that I will be going on, I talked to a trainer where I work and we planned it all out, now all I need to know what I should do for some exercise!.

You can run for a while, then walk for a little bit and then start running again!. That's the way I do it and it seems to work pretty good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

do the running it will keep your heart rate up and you will feel better after doing it!. if you walk you will just be like blaWww@Answer-Health@Com
