To start with, don't focus on jogging or running, but just excersising, and keep your heart and lungs working!. If you job and lose your breat, try walking for a bit, then start jogging again!. You can set goals as you go "jog to the next mail box, then walk till the next one" or use light poles, driveways, anything!. when you begin, just focus on getting a solid 30 - 60 minutes of exercise!. Over time, you will find that you spend more time jogging, and less time walking (after about 2-4 weeks), then you'll find yourself doing more running, and less jogging (after about 3-4 months)!.

You should have a check up!.
In my case and my sister's---We have Stress
Induced Pulmonary Hypertension, hers' is
Secondary (SPH) caused by her heart problems
and treatable, mine is Primary (PPH) of unknown causes
and untreatable!. Other than oxygen 24/7!.
If you HAVE PH then ANY exertion will cause greater damage and can cause a coronary!.
Our hearts overexert themselves trying to get enough oxygen that our bodies do not produce enough of and can cause a fatal heart attack!.
So you should have this seriously checked into!.
A right heart catheter by a cardiologist is needed to check
for PH!.
I cannot tell you how many people think you should work harder or get more physical when you tell them you don't have enough air!.
It's NOT always a weight issue or a physically fit issue!.
Our unseen condition is so snubbed by all who see us
looking healthy (or obese too because of the lack of ability to exert for exercise) sucking on oxygen tubes!. :(

walking is the best exercise for us!. It's not difficult on the body at all but it helps to tone the body and builds endurance!.

I say start with the walking because the jogging isn't necessary!. You get better results with walking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to start jogging just a little at a time and then increase it slowly!. You will get better, you just are not use to it and your body is not use to it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
