Answers:
Every time you want chips, have an apple instead!. Or cherries, or an orange, etc!. This way, you still get to eat when you feel like you want something, you still get some sweetness, and one piece of fruit is practically no calories compared to junk food!. Drink lots of water as well to keep you full!.

ps!. Sometimes "hunger" is actually thirst and we just confuse the signal!. I have found this to be true for myself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm in the same boat as you!. Whenver I want a fatty snack, I tell myself: "I really want these chips/ice cream, whatever, and it will taste good, but as soon as it's gone, I will regret it!." It usually works, if not, I just think about my cute polka dot swim suit that I want to look good in!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
