Question: How can I lose 20-30 pounds this summer!?
I am 6' tall and I weigh 210 pounds!. I am a 15yr old male!. I want to lose about 20 or more pounds because I am sick of being overweight!. Basically I want to be able to fit into clothes like Hollister and look good in them!. Ha!. My current plan is to eat under 1500 calories a day, and jog 3 miles every day (that burns about 500 calories for me)!. If you know of a better plan please tell me! I have been looking around online for diet/excercise tips but everything online is just a bogus lose weight quick advertisement!. Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com
