When do i know to swtich to high reps low weight for toning?

(theres so many theories out here it makes my head explode)


we all know low reps high weight build muscle. WHEN do you know to switch to high reps low weights


Answers:

always stick to high reps. 12-15 reps is perfect. low reps are for building strength. low reps dont build big muscles. just look at any bodybuilder.
