How bad is it for your body to have 88 grams of protein a day?
I work out everyday and lift weights and i need to know if having 88 grams of protein a day is bad. I I typically have 4000 caloires a day, so i thought the 88 gramds wouldnt be too bad.

Im assuming your one of those "American Footaball teens" (sorry if your not, just these Qs is always up, protein !!)
All depends on what your trying to achieve,
4000Kcal Is ALOT of kcal, but you must already know this, and your probly doing a vigorous workout
So in my opinion i think your NOT having enough protein (but this all depends on your weight and height stats)
