Ok i have been doing these since i was like 12!. I'm 16 right now and can do 120 easy, 200 if i am not lazy, 300 if i try

but my main question is what do jumping jacks do for your body!?! i don't see a difference or results from my body if i do this everyday (i eat healthy and im fit)Www@Answer-Health@Com
