Question: I want to tone up but not necessarily lose weight, will my boobs get smaller!?
I am absolutely fine with my weight, weight is not an issue, it's more my body SHAPE that I have a slight problem with!. The only thing I don't like is I naturally have a predeposition to have a tiny bit of a wobbly belly!. I'm slim (UK size 8, 7 stone - about 44!.5 kg I think) with a very small frame, no one would really even notice this under my clothes, it's simply that I want to tone up abit for my holiday!.
I'll still EAT the same amount, I won't be dieting or aiming to lose weight, I'll probably end up drinking more water (I don't like to TOO much not cause I bloat up easily and get self conscious!)
What I really want to know is, will my boobs decrease in size!? They're currently size C-ish and they kind of shrunk once when I was really dehydrated for a few days and it freaked me out!. I don't really want to lose them!.
It's not about losing the fat off my tummy, it's more about the way the muscle holds the fat!. Right now it just kind of droops!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you lose fat, they probably will!. But since you're not trying to lose fat!.!. What kind of exercises are you planning to do!? If you only do weightlifting (little or no cardio), and your diet is not like, 1000 calories, you probably won't lose fat!.
If you do a lot of reps with light weights, that will most likely strengthen your muscles without making them bigger!. But at the same time you might lose a little fat because that's very similar to cardio!. If you do exercises with heavy weights, that'll probably make you gain muscle weight!. So if you don't mind gaining a little weight, you should do that!. Anything else you do will probably make you lose fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would have to say yes!. The body will attack certain parts of fat first!. Remember your body consist of three different fat!. On woman it tends to attack the breast area then to the bootom and into the legs!. They may shrink but you will be able to firm them up!. Fat is fat and the body will eat it no matter where it is at a certain point!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you're slim, then just do some resistance exercise!. like get a yoga ball or go to a gym with equipment, and just work on strengthening your body in the areas you think need work (sit-ups are good for the stomach)!.

muscle burns fat!. so toning will make you look firmer!.

OK if you do cardo to loose weight u will loose it everywhere even your boobs!. but if you are just toning up, this wont happen!. fat doesn't turn to mussel!. so if you build your pecs your boobs will get bigger and more lifted!. not smaller!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if anything tonig ur abs or mid section should give a more

sensual apperance!.

as long as you dont loose weight then they shouldnt but when i loose weight, my boobs are the first thing that goes!.

Possibly, depends on how much you work out your pectorals!. When you work out, one of the first things that happens is a reduction in fat!. Being as breasts are mostly fat, your body can (and often does) chose to take from there!. It depends on how much of your breast fat is alocated for mamary gland protection and how much of it is there because of over eating!. The other thing that can happen is that if you work out your pectoralis major (chest muscles) it will pull the skin tighter, this can result in pulling your breasts back and up closer to your chest wall, which would make them appear smaller, although not by much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
