What would happen if I only ate salad?!


Question: What would happen if I only ate salad!?
And drink water, the occacional soy milk and peanut butter!? Also cardio an hour a day!? What would happen to my body!? Would I get sick!? I know I'd loose muscle, but after a while would my body lose the fat!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

um yea after a while you might get sick because you are not getting all the nutrition that your body needs like bread or meats!. but you decide to do this try to include things in your salad like meats and fruits and stuff!. maybe even switch it up!. have a fruit salad for breakfast and a meat included salad for lunch or something along those lines so that you are still getting the same nutitions that you need and at the same time losing weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

After a while yes you would lose weight but it would take a long time because your body would go into starvation mode and cling to the fat!. Your body wouldn't be getting the nutrients it needs because you would be getting no calcium (unless you drink soy milk and eat peanutt butter every day) or protein, fibre and carbohydrates!. You body needs some fat intake or else you would have zero energy!. I doubt you would be able to keep up the cardio every day eating this diet!. You would be eating zero energy foods and would feel constantly tired!. Your skin, nails, hair and teeth would suffer as well!. If you want to lose weight I recommend high-protein, low fat meals and plenty of fiber!. A salad for lunch and lots of fruit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

And why would you want to do that!? You would still lose fat if you ate lean meat such as chicken breast, and fish!. If you don't eat any carbs you'll have no energy at all, so it's pointless doing an hour's cardio because you won't be using your muscles efficiently!. I can only imagine the terrible heartburn, wind and bad breath you'll have on such a diet!. You haven't mentioned if you take any vitamins or supplements either!. Altogether this can only be damaging, and unless you are unemployed and lounge around the house all day, you won't be able to concentrate on any work or studies due to the lack of fatty acids (from protein) that help your brain function efficiently!. I dunno about weight loss (I would assume this would happen) but you would run out of energy very quickly, and probably become protien or iron defficient!. There aren't enough nutrients in salad, water and soy milk to keep you healthy for long!.

And peanut butter is just sugar and fat, so definatly not good for you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you would loose a lot of fat, but even more muscle mass, you'd end up constantly tired and in bad mood!. if you go for a poor diet, your skin will go terrible, if you have no energy your immune system collapses, one sneeze and your nose will start bleeding, you;ll have problems with breathin, getting out of bed and you'd be constantly cold and miserable!.

eventually you will die! you need a wide range of foods to give you all the neutiants you need! if you did that then ou will loose weight but you will also get bad spotty skin, most your hair will fall out, your nails will become brittle and skanky and then you will die! sonds nice! oh yer you will also be in a really bad grumpy and depressed mood for the whole time!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need to be eating all of the food groups to stay healthy!. without carobohydrate you wont have much energy!. if you are trying to loose weight i would reccommend the special k diet!. 2 bowls of special k a day and a healthy, balanced main meal in the eve, snacking on fruit and nuts during the day!. good luck xWww@Answer-Health@Com

You need protein to survive!. Cells are made from protein, so no protein, no cells!. You would get extremely sick!. Look awful and have no energy!. You wouldn't get all the nutrients you need!.

It sounds ok, but it wouldn't be healthy for you!. If you want to loose weight just watch what you eat, and eat in small portions, and exercise!. Walking is very good for loosing weight, especially walking up and down steps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
