Could taking pilates classes tone me up in a month & a half?!


Question: Could taking pilates classes tone me up in a month & a half!?
I'm already pretty slim so I really don't need to lose weight, I just want to tone up because I'm pretty weak and wobbly in parts!.

I go away in about a month & a half, would taking a pilates class maybe twice a week tone me up by then!? I'd probably practice it a bit outside of the classes too!.

Also, really silly question but, will my boobs get smaller!? Like will I lose weight meaning I lose my boobs!? Cus I don't want that to happen =(Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pilates is amazing for the core muscles!.!.!.so those will definately get toned up!. They will not get bulked up!.!.!.just toned up (think dancers)!.

If you are already slim (or even average), you shouldn't lose any boob size from pilates!. Only overweight women loose significant boob size when they lose weight (well, if a person went anorexic or trained intensely for a triathlon, she probably would lose significant boob size)!.

I believe everyone should have Pilates and Yoga in their exercise regime!. These two have the best carry over value into sports and life in general!. They will keep you young and strong!
