How do gain those pecs?!


Question: How do gain those pecs!?
Hi!
So, I have a relatively flat stomach, not alot of body fat!. But, my pecs are a bit!.!.Flabby!? There just not toned!. So, im wondering- Have any suggestions to tone them!? I do nightly push ups(100), and lift weights every other day!. Over the last month, I have seen somewhat of a change!. Continue with what Im doing!? Or should i add in some more excersises!?

pushups are really good, so is benching and butterflys!. however, you need to gradually up your reps/weight!. doing 100 pushups a night is good, but if youre still only doing 100 a month from now, youre not gonna see much more improvement!. use the 10% rule, up your reps/weight by 10% each week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

bench, dumbell flys, incline bench, decline bench!.

Also, eat healthy and get some cardio in to tone yourself and reduce any fat or flab you might have!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
