Question: Will this diet make me thinner!?
ok so im 15 two years ago i tryed this diet where i eate two meals a day or a meal and a snack only drink warter (i dont like fizzy stuff anyway) and i only ate 1000 cals or under a day and in 6 days i lost 3 pounds im thinking of trying it agien coz i wanna lose a stone so do you think that diet would work!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont focus on calories but anythiing under 1200 is dangerously low
do some exercize and ull be ther in no time

Alysha and Brokenwings are right!.!.!.!.it is better to eat 5 or 6 times a day!.
Reason!? you eat only small quantities each time, and the energy from it gets USED UP before it's time for the next meal!. Having this energy lets you do more exercise, which takes some of the weight off you!.
Fruit is excellent, except bananas and grapes have a lot of sugar!.
Potatoes are fine!.!.mashed with skim milk they are filling and nutritious (its the deep frying or slathering with butter that gives them a bad name for being fattening)!. They are also diuretic, which means they help you get rid of excess water!.

Drink sports water containing electrolytes, these are important for your cells to absorb nutrients!.

15 minutes jogging or skipping rope will burn up about 150-180 calories, so if you exercise you can eat a bit more, as well as end up with a better shape body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The diet will definitely work, but if you do it for a longer period of time (you won't loose a stone in a week, let's face it!.!.!.) you need to stick to 5 small meals a day or 3 meals and 2 snacks!.
With one or two meals a day you will be hungry for most of the time and end up with your body going mad and accumulating the very little fat you are getting in your meals!. It makes the weight loss so much slower!.!.!.

Just remember to stay abouve 1000kcal a day and have regular meals!. Definitely you'll loose on weight!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think it'd work, but make sure you don't go under 1,000 calories- that's unhealthy!. but otherwise, it sounds good!.

if you get tired of that diet, try this one:

3 meals a day, 2 snacks (healthy ones, like fruit and/or vegetables)

breakfast

snack

lunch

snack

dinner
