Question: Is this an alright body weight/health!?
I am almost 13!.!.!. and I am 5' 5" and weigh 155!. I don't have a small frame, is pretty big because I am tall!. When I look in the mirror, I only don't like my thighs because they are thick!. But I have really buff calf muscles!. My belly is flabby and my back side is "plump", but my mom says it's cute, LOL!. I am doing Tennis this summer and I ride my bike every day when I get home!. Sometimes I feel really bloated and sad because it makes me feel huge!. Is my body alright!? Any recommendations for me to be healthier!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you're like me except im 5'7 and weigh a little less and im almost 15!.
it seems like your healthy because you get alot of exersise and eat good!. thats the most important thing!. if you're not happy with your body try losing a few pounds but not alot!.

A normal body weight for someone ur height would be 130 to 135!. But you shouldn't worry cause ur only 13 and you are going to hit your growth spurt pretty soon if not already your weight won't be stable for quite a while!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
