Weight loss regularly stalls, which is called a 'plateau'!.

People often panic a bit at this point and may try gimmicky things to get the weight loss going again, often to the detriment of their long-term weight loss!. Don't think of this as a negative time, but a positive one - this is the point at which you consolidate your weight loss and work on toning and fitness!.

Continue with healthy eating, but work on tightening up flabby bits and sculpting your shape, as well as aerobic fitness, endurance, and building a strong flexible core!. It's perfectly possible to lose inches even when no weight is coming off according to the scales!. You can still get thinner without getting lighter!. Measure success not on the bathroom scales but on how you look in the mirror or with a measuring tape!.

As you develop muscle, not only will you look thinner at the same weight because muscle weighs more than fat but, as long as you continue to control your eating, eventually the weight loss will start again!. This is because muscle burns lots of calories - the more muscle you develop the more calories they burn and the easier it is to lose weight and to keep the weight off!.

Keep at it and don't worry that your weight has stabilised, because if you get demoralised now it will likely all pile back on, possibly with extra for good measure!. Patience is the key to getting past a plateau, and once you survive a plateau sensibly you are much less likely to put it all back on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would say you have hit a plateua!. When you first start a workout/diet program your body reacts to the change by losing weight!. If you continue with the same program, your body becomes used to it and does not react in the same way!. If I were you I would change up your workout program!. If you are doing free weights, switch to machines!. If you are using an eliptical trainer for cardio, switch to a treadmill!. Changes like this will shock your body back into weight loss mode!. Also, for your diet, try adding 100-200 calories per day to what you are eating normally!. As your body burns fat, your metobolic rate pics up and believe it or not, you need to feed that fire and you need to eat to lose weight!Www@Answer-Health@Com
