FROM FAT to FIT?!


Question: FROM FAT to FIT!?
I dont wanna go gym its too much hassle
I need to lose weight and lose 3 dress sizes in 3 months about 40lbs

I am currently 195lb and need to gain some muscle and look good before September

What KIND OF ROUTINE can I follow!. I have weights and I can go walking with intervals of jogging, but how should Ifollow this through!?

Try Weigth Watchers!. I have lost 35!.5 ponds in 12 weeks!. I walk 3-4 miles a day for 6 days a week!. I work out home with dumbells and stretch cord!. 30 minutes 4 times a week!. Try not to get bored with your routine!. Break it up a little and have some fun!. Swimming is great!. It will mean a lot of self disipline but it is so worth it!. You can do it!. Weight loss is 75% diet and 25% excercise!. Count your calorie input, and try to stay under 2000!. This will be the biggest help!.

As far as exercise goes, buy an at home palates DVD, and go for 5 minutes jogging 5 minutes running intervals for about 2 miles!. You will build up a lot of lean muscle that doesn't have a lot of bulk!.

The jogging and walking will be a big help, and should be done three times a week at first, and then increased to everyday!.

The palates ideally should be slowly worked into your morning routine, and will crank up your metabolism early along with building muscle!.

Don't skip meals!. Period!. Don't skip meals!. If you slide off of 2000 calories for the day at lunch, just eat a lighter dinner than normal and try again tomorrow!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

40 pounds in 3 months is achievable with proper diet and exercise and self discipline!. Get on a high protein diet!. Include lots of veggies like cucumber and carrots in your diet!. Walk as much as you can!. You could do it in evening and in morning!. If you drive to work then choose a parking spot which is farthest!. If you use the public transport then get down a stop before your workplace and walk the remaining distance!. Same thing while getting into the bus or train!. well all you have to do it control your diet and work out at least 1 hour everyday!.dont eat anything that has too many calories!. eat some healthy cereals for breakfast and a salad for linch!. for dinner dont fry anything you eat like chicken!.boil it!. and go running for an hour or fats walking!.but make sure you work out for atleast an hour everyday!.and watch what you eat!.thats very importantWww@Answer-Health@Com

I got close to 40lbs by doing an intense walk / jog every morning!. I would walk / jog at least 1 mile a day!. Everyday pushing myself to do more jog than walk!.

As for food wise, All I did was cut out soda's, alchohol, and eating out to fast foods!. At home i ate whatever i had or cooked!. and Drink Plenty of water!.

Abs are 70% diet, 30% exercise!. You need to lower your body fat percentage by eating a diet of only lean proteins, complex carbs, fruits, veg, good fats ONLY (and never go above your RDA), and water!.

Unless you commit to a healthy eating plan AND daily exercise then you will NOT see definition!.
