Will taking in 1,000 calories each day help me lose weight?!


Question: Will taking in 1,000 calories each day help me lose weight!?
And if so, how many pounds will I lose in how much amount of time!?
I also do 50 crunches and fast walk 2-3 miles everyday on a treadmile!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

OK listen to me, because I'm actually a qualified nutritionist and personal trainer!. I know what I'm doing and you will lose weight if you follow this strictly!.

First steps: Establish your goal weight and when you want to reach it by!. BE realistic!. You might have to give yourself more time to succeed, or else you will crash and fail!.

So say you are 5'5!. Your goal or healthy weight weight range is 110-150 pounds depending on what your goals are and where you are starting you should determine your goal body weight based on how much time you have and how much time and effort can have and can invest in your plan!.

DIET: Follow the motto - nutrient rich but calorie poor!. It maybe hard but well worth it!. you should eat at least 1200 calories a day, because 1000 calories is too little to keep your organs working but trust me eating 1200 will be hard on this diet!.

EAT ONLY: fruit, veg, egg, fish - that is healthy and oily like salmon/tuna (daily), chicken, (4) beef/lamb,(3)
Drink 2 litres of water a day!.
Make sure you dont overcook the meat!. It should still be pink inside!.
Pure Whey Protein powder with no additves!. Yogurt in small quantaties!. Rice brown in small quantities!.
Juices are a good alternative to actually eaing fruit and it is also easier for you to digest juice!. Try apple, carot and celery!.

Also dont overcook your vegetables!. You should steam everything you!. Read STEAM NOT BOIL!. steaming keeps the most nutrients inside the food and keeps you healthy!.

DONT EAT:Wheat, gluten!. avoid processed foods as much as possible, dairy (because they use too many chemicals and crap and it will cause cancer there have been MANY studies concluding this!. milk is good for cows!. Not people), bread (bread is fattening!.period!. has no nutritional value in it whatsoever! You can get fibre from vegetables)!. Avoid bad food additives as much as possilbe theres a list in the sources section!.

SAMPLE MENU:
try having an omelette for breakfast or museli with yogurt (plain, unflavoured, unsweetened), even salmon!. Have some fruit and a juice in the morning!.

feeling like snacking!? Have a fruit, smoothie with whey protein powder and berries or banana

Lunch a salad with chicken or tuna!. balsamic dressing!.

(have green tea throughout the day its really good for you because its speeds up the metabolism)

Dinner: vegetables steamed with a roast or a salad, or a stirfry!.

EXERCISE:
before an event, you should do cardio daily for 2 weeks before it if its important!.
Sprints x 6-12-20 minutes a day increasing with fitness!.
Weights such as deadlifts, (tone your entire BODY!. Tummy, Butt, Back, thighs!.!.!. The best exercise ever! It works wonder with people and makes them strong!. but hard to get used to intially!.) or weight resistance exercises such a pushups, situps, chinups etc usually 3 reps of 7!.

DOING THAT ALONE WILL NOT HELP YOU LOSE WEIGHT>>>>LOSING WEIGHT IS A TWO STEP PROCESS> ITS THE FOODS AND EXERCISE!!!!
DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF< DONT DO ANY PILLS, VIDEOS< OR CDS (losing weight doesnt have to cost money) OR ANY OTHER STUFF(SLIM FAST) YOU CAN STILL EAT GOOD FOODS, JUST IN MODERATION!. DONT LIMIT YOURSELF< IF YOU REALLY WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT HERES A GREAT PLAN THAT REALLY WORKS:
Every day do:
15 push ups
15 sit ups
10 leg lifts
Go riding a bike for 20-40 minutes
Walk to and from places if its possible to

Run a mile once a week
Swim twice a week for a half hour
FOOD:
Eat all three meals a day, just dont overfeed!.
Take your time when eating!.
If you want any snacks in between, eat celery/carrots or something healthy!.
No soda
WATER
When you want flavor badly, drink crystal light!.
NO ICE CREAM
NO POPCORN< CANDY
NO CHIPS
FRIED FOODS ONLY 1 time per week
NO COOKIES/cake
(WHEN I SAY NO blah blah blah,,, it means u can have it, but like 1 time per week or 2 weeks if you choose!.)
