How do i build upper body strength?!


Question: How do i build upper body strength!?
im thinkin of learnin to break dance but first obviously i need to build more upper body strength so i can lift myself up off the ground more easily!.

Wat r some excersies i can do at home to build upper body strength!?

*note: i havent worked out yet (mayb went to gym like 5 times in my life lmfao ok mayb not that little but ya!.!.!.)!. any ideas to get me started !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try
Push Ups
Pull ups
Weight lifting(benching, incline lift, etc!.)
Maybe you should buy you some weight equipment!. If you don't wanna spend the money find heavy things around the house and lift them until you can feel something going in your arms!. Do not do this everyday, I WILL cause you to be sore!.
