What is the best, healthy, way to lose weight in about a month???!


Question: What is the best, healthy, way to lose weight in about a month!?!?!?
Well, i'm not fat, but the fat i do have on my stomach is firm, not like blubbery and it sticks out! like that kind of fat! its hard to explain! but i want to make it flatter!. I am only 125 lbs, but i just want to make my stomach flat!. i want to do this in time for summer!.!.!.will 30 sit ups and 30 crunches each night do this!? i find it VERYYYYY hard to eat healthy! i am a very picky eater!.!.!.and i eat a lot! i know i should fix this, so what do you reccomend i eat!? any other exercises!? i also have asthma, and its REALLLY exercise induced, so i cannot run without not being able to breathe!. so exercises that can help!? diets that can help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF< DONT DO ANY PILLS, VIDEOS< OR CDS (losing weight doesnt have to cost money) OR ANY OTHER STUFF(SLIM FAST) YOU CAN STILL EAT GOOD FOODS, JUST IN MODERATION!. DONT LIMIT YOURSELF< IF YOU REALLY WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT HERES A GREAT PLAN THAT REALLY WORKS:
Every day do:
15 push ups
15 sit ups
10 leg lifts
Go riding a bike for 20-40 minutes
Walk to and from places if its possible to


Swim twice a week for a half hour
FOOD:
Eat all three meals a day, just dont overfeed!.
Take your time when eating!.
If you want any snacks in between, eat celery/carrots or something healthy!.
No soda
WATER
When you want flavor badly, drink crystal light!.
NO ICE CREAM
NO POPCORN< CANDY
NO CHIPS
FRIED FOODS ONLY 1 time per week
NO COOKIES/cake
(WHEN I SAY NO blah blah blah,,, it means u can have it, but like 1 time per week or 2 weeks if you choose!.)

try to run if you can't run fast run at a jogging speed that you are comfortable with!. running is very important if you just want a flat stomach and no muscle definition!. but ab exercises do help!. the exercises you mentioned might be the least effective so try the link in my sources!. i find the bicycle works nicely!.

drink lots of water!
When you feel cravings and its not meal time, drink water till you arent hungry any more!. And if yo are really serious about getting healthy, talk to your family!. So they know you want to eat healthy!. Then get good portions and after you have had enough stop eating!. Drink alot while you eat, and eat slow!. it will hep cut down on the amount you eat!.
Since you have asthma and cant excercise much, try stretching!. It will elongate your muscles, not making you bulky!.!.so you can be lean without looking like a boy :)
