Question: What is your favorite Healthy smootie for working out and staying healthy!?
Mine is this!.!.!.
I use only frozen fruit because of where I live!.
16-18 oz glass
5 cubes of pineapple
3 slices of peaches
5 strawberries
fill the rest with blueberries
microwave for 40 seconds then add 4 tsp of ground chia seeds, 2 tbs of black strap molasses,
tbs of wheat germ, 1tsp of spirullina, 25 grms of ISOPURE orange protien powder and then i just cover the berries with hemp milk or almond!. 1 gram of Acia berry powder!.
Then I blend with hand mixer til mixed!.
Was wanting other smoothies since I do at least one a day!. Thanks for your helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

mine is quite simple compared to yours lol!. 40 grams whey vanilla whey protein 1 medium banana 4 strawberries some flax powder 1-2 cups milk and some ice!. if its a preworkout shake i might add some coffee!. YUMMMM!! im hungry nowWww@Answer-Health@Com

Chocolate banana smoothie (more like a healthy milkshake :)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup fat free milk
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- honey (as much as you prefer, opt!.)
- 1 tsp espresso powder or 1 tbsp pb
- a little vanilla extract
Mixed Berry Smoothie
- raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, and blackberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup fat free milk
- 1/4 cup vanilla/plain yogurt
- honey (opt!.)
- 1/4 cup juice (opt!.)
Berry Smoothie
- blueberries and blackberries
- 1/2 cup vanilla/plain yogurt
- 1/4-1/2 cup pomegranate or blueberry juice
- ice (opt!.)
Strawberry Banana
- 5-7 strawberries
- 1/2-1 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup vanilla/plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup fat free milk or juice
Tropical Smoothie
- 1 cup pineapple, kiwi, strawberries, mangoes, etc!.
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup yogurt
Peach Strawberry Smoothie
- 1/2 cup peaches
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk or juice
Strawberry Smoothie
- 1 cup strawberries
- ice
- fresh lime juice
- honey or other sweetner

Bananas, straw/rasberries, greek yoghurt, honey and either fresh OJ, Milk or water depending on your liking!.
