How many calories are in one portion of chips from the chip shop?!


Question: How many calories are in one portion of chips from the chip shop!?

Well more than 500! Depends on the portion size though!. I know a large portion from Mc Donalds has just under 500 but chip shop chips weigh alot more and i think an average portion is 300-400g which is about 700 calories!. Maybe more, especially with the sauce!. theres so much sugar in sauces that they have a surprising amount of calories(up to 90 per serving)!. Its also the fat you gotta look out for!. Theres up to 50g of fat in a bag of chips!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
