How do you stay motivated to lose inches/weight?!

How do you stay motivated to lose inches/weight?

I've tried many times too lose weight by limiting snacking and excess eating, but I can't stick with it! I exercise a lot but my poor eating habits have me still gaining weight. How can I change?


Answers:

*sigh* you just need to learn self-control. You may need to examine your diet habits...maybe you just need to try increasing protein and whole grains in your diet and reducing sugar/fat...spread your meals to smaller meals several times a day. You may be getting hungry all the time and eating the wrong kind of food because you get so hungry and can't control yourself. So snack frequently on healthy food that will fill you fast like protein/whole grains.
