Question: Any good ways to put on weight!?
this may sound weird but i am tired of being skinny, lol!.!.!.its not "in" right now!. im definitly the skinnest of all my friends and i hate my long skinny legs\ i wanna gain at least 15 lbs by the end of the summer(going into high school) i am in size 3 & 5'8 ?!.!.!.!.!.!.!.?

don't worry girl, once college get around you wont ask the same question!. most college women gain a lot of weight during their college years!. trust me!. i've seen the best looking girls in high school become not soo good looking after a year or two!. but if your dying to gain weight, do it by not eating jnk food, which im betting most people would recommend,m but those are the once who don't know sht and are fat and slopy!. i would start by eating more protein and add a little bit more sweet into your diet!. do less cardio and weight train!. do havier weight, but not too heavy, just out side your comfort zone!. that will mold your turkey legs, into the kind most men drool over on!. anymore question yor more than welcome to hit me up with an email!. good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are 2 ways to do this:

You can go the easy, unwise way, which would be to just throw any crap you find down your throat (junk food, processed food, fried food, etc!.!.!.)

Or you can do it the healthy way and enjoy a much better life later which is to work out at the gym and eat a lot of GOOD foods like potatoes, pinto beans, lean chicken and turkey, whole wheat bread, oatmeal, veggies, etc!.!.!.


Do yourself a favor and if you are going to eat a lot of something, eat a lot of the second choice!. Don't stuff yourself on crap!. It's bad for your health, you won't feel as good, your quality of life will go down, and when it's time to stop eating the crap, it will be very hard!.

If you work out at a gym, you will gain muscle mass which will increase your weight and you will be toned as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

LOL , many girls would be thrilled to have your 'problem ' !. It sounds like you may have a high metabolism !.

Gaining weight is not difficult , but i would suggest trying to do it in a somewhat healthy manner!. Drink a milkshake everyday , add cheese to sandwiches you like !. Lots of carbs are also good too , maybe though instead of white bread stick with whole wheat or other grains !. Just some ideas !.

I hope you always have to work to keep weight on !. When I was 15 ( i'm 41 now ) I was a rail and never had to worry about what I ate !. As you get older your metabolism slows down , you have kids , and things just don't go back to the way it used to - bummer ! Getting old sucks !Www@Answer-Health@Com

Muscle weighs more than fat!. If you want to put on weight, lift them!. Try playing a sport or start running!. Increase your diet, but in a healthy way!. Do not eat too many fatty foods!. Increase your calorie intake!. Eat 2500 calories or more a day, especially from carbs and protein!.

Whatever you do to increase your weight, do it in a healty way!. You are still growing and will add weight soon enough!. Doing the things I mentioned above can also help begin healthy habits for later in life when you are looking back and wishing you were this skinny again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat alot of food filled with starch!. These are often white!. Also you could eat more sugary food (but wash your face regurlarly so you don't get pimples)

and don't excercise as extensively but still a little so you are not to unhealthy

but anyways!.!.!.if you really wanna gain weight just eat a lot more often and eat fattening foods!. although you will only gain so much!.!.!.if your bodytype is skinny then you will probably never be much bigger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sit around, do nothing all day, eat a bunch of high fat junk food, make your plate portions way too big at suppertime, and have seconds if you physically can!. Eat a lot of peanut butter!. Eat a lot of ramen noodles!. Eat REALLY fattening stuff right before bed, and lots of it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

PEANUTBUTTER!!!!! When I joined the ARMY I wasn't aloud to ship out because I was 13lbs under weight!. They basically shoved it down my throat everyday for 3 months until I reached the right weight!. Kinda funny that peanutbutter is a militery tactic!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

a healthier approach would be to eat a lot of carbs like bread and pasta, and work out less!.
