How can i get a flatter stomach?!


Question: How can i get a flatter stomach!?
First of all, is 123 lbs!. too heavy for a 13 year old girl that is about 5'4!?

And second, I have a part of my stomack that poofs out that is about the size of a softball!.!.!. I want it GONE!.

I already do about 70-120 situps a night, and have swim practice very often!. I also eat considerably healthy!.!.!. are there any tips that you can give me so that I can obtain a flatter stomach!? Your help is greatly appreciated:)Www@Answer-Health@Com

DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF< DONT DO ANY PILLS, VIDEOS< OR CDS (losing weight doesnt have to cost money) OR ANY OTHER STUFF(SLIM FAST) YOU CAN STILL EAT GOOD FOODS, JUST IN MODERATION!. DONT LIMIT YOURSELF< that will just take longer for u to lose weight, cuz since ur not getting enough energy from food, ur body has to store ur fat for energy, so it creates more fat!. Thus, u get fatter instead of just eatin enough and burning the calories which is a much faster and more effective way! IF YOU REALLY WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT HERES A GREAT PLAN THAT REALLY WORKS:
Every day do:
25 push ups
100 sit ups
30 leg lifts
Go riding a bike for 1 hour
Walk to and from places if its possible to

Run a mile once a week
Swim 5 times a week for a half hour
FOOD:
Eat all three meals a day, just dont overfeed!.
Take your time when eating!.
If you want any snacks in between, eat celery/carrots or something healthy!.
No soda
WATER
When you want flavor badly, drink crystal light!.
NO ICE CREAM
NO POPCORN< CANDY
NO CHIPS
FRIED FOODS ONLY 1 time per week
NO COOKIES/cake
(WHEN I SAY NO blah blah blah,,, it means u can have it, but like 1 time per week or 2 weeks if you choose!.)

Any activity that burns calories faster than you're consuming them will trim your belly!. That includes any aerobic exercise, like jogging, walking or swimming!. The trick is to spend at least 30 minutes during each exercise to activate the burning of fat!. Beyond that, there is not much to it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Definitely!.!.!.buy a fitness ball (http://www!.amazon!.com/TheraBand-Thera-Ba!.!.!. and do your sit ups lying on your back with your feet placed on the ground!. It will give you MUCH better results because you're not lying on a flat surface, so you have more of a range!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

one working out on your abs makes you wiehg more because muscel wieghs more than fat two try jogging around your block every night I used to wiegh 140 I wiegh 140 and now I wiegh 103 it works don;t starve yourself that makes it even worseWww@Answer-Health@Com
