you are just sore!. when you work out you dont want to over do it!. never work out the same muscle groups 2 days in a row!. it will mess your muscles up big time!. when you work out your muscles break down and repair themselves!. they need time to rest!. if you were to work out monday and your muscles were breaking down and on tuesday you worked out the same muscle again when they are repairing themselves it just cuts the wound deeper and deeper!. get a few days rest in between workouts and you will be fineWww@Answer-Health@Com

no, that means you are not in shape and your body is not used to so much exercize! Because of this, fluid in your muscles builds up causing soreness!. So your body can adapt, you need to exersize regularly, and keep moving those muscles so the fluid does not build up!. do not worry!. your body is just not used to having so much action in that area!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

NO!! It means you strained your muscles as in overworked
them! You didn't say how you worked out but if you lifted
weights you should only do that every other day!. Starting
any exercise routine should be done prudently and
carefully!. Overdoing workouts is not good! You need
to workout one day and rest your muscles the next!.

it!. Don't forget to drink plenty of water to keep your body

yup!. Its gonna hurt the first couple of time you lift every muscle!. After you get a regular routine going it feels really good leaving the gym with your muscles all swollen up and your blood pumping through your veins like crazy!. Just make sure you dont sleep on your arms and stretch good!.!. I slept on my arms after workin out and couldnt bend them for **** for the next 2 daysWww@Answer-Health@Com
