Question: Help me make a diet plan!? (info inside)!?
16 years old!.!.!. 5'8"!.!.!. 140 lbs!.!.!.My stomach and chest have a layer of fat that I want to get rid of before summer!.!.!.I play sports regularly but I can't seem to lose that layer of fat so I think it has to do with my diet!. What should I eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Even though you may participate in many sports, It doesn't mean it will get rid of the layer of fat on your chest and stomach!. The best way you can go about doing this is to do strength training on your abs and pecs!. You don't even have to go to the gym to do it! Chances are, you can find everything you need right at home!. I've included some video links for you!. Crunches!.!.!. Supermans!.!.!. Sit ups! These are some of the things that they made my male cousin (model) do!.

As for your diet, you should aim for things with protein, and less fat!. Your problem could also be overreating, though I doubt it!. Always drink a whole glass of water before you eat!.

None of your school options sound too healthy, so I would SERIOUSLY consider packing a lunch! If you absolutely HAVE to choose something at the cafeteria, you should aim for healthy options!.!.!.!.

Breakfast: fruits, whole grain things!. Do they have yogurt!? Does your vending machine have granola!? If you're going to have carbs, (bread) this is probably the best time of day to have them!. Don't have a bagel though!. They aren't healthy!.!.!. (I still love them, but I try really hard to avoid them!.)

Lunch: Chicken!. It has less fat and sodium than other meats, but you still get your protien!. Usually cafeterias have salads, which would be a great option for you, because there isn't a lot of fat!. Go easy on the dressing though!. Try to include more vegetables!. Steer away from french fries, chips, roast beef, and soda!. Stick with water!.

Dinner: Make sure you drink that glass of water before you eat! This is the most common time people over-eat!. Fish is usually good for dinner, plus it has great oils in it! Pasta is good too, but don't forget the vegetables! You could try drinking some tea with dinner too!.

Snacks: Eat fruits, nuts, pretzels!.!.!. Carrot sticks are a great snack food!. Remember that glass of water before you eat though!. Sometimes you realize that you aren't really hungry at all! It was just water that you needed!.

I hope these tips help you!. Also, swimming really increases your core strength!. So do things that force to you keep your balance!. Example: Surfing, skateboarding, balance beams!.!.!.!. I think they even sell boards that have a ball on the underside that you stand on!.!.!.
