How healthy did I eat today?!
Question:
How healthy did I eat today?
In no particular order
~2 plain bagels with cream cheese
~2 small salads with italien dressing
~a couple of handfuls of potato chips with ketchup
~a handful of trail mix - peanuts, raisins, m&ms, cashews and ~almonds
~Saugsage with pasta, onions and peppers for dinner
~A glass of soda and water throughout the day
I'm not on a diet or anything but I'm trying to stay healthy
Answers:
you didn't eat HORRIBLY, but there's ALWAYS room for improvement.
- bagels can be high in calories and carbs, and cream cheese can be high in fat.
- potatoe chips are high in fat.
- soda is high in empty calories and sugar.
- you had barely any dairy.
but you did pretty well today. (:
maybe insead of trail mix, chips and bagels you could have some cheese and crackers and fruit?
