Doctors can be idiots, no offense to any out there, but come on, some things are purely common sense!

Nutrition, Exercise, and Water!.

Carry a water bottle around with you everywhere you go, in your hand and not your backpack!. This will remind you to drink water constantly!. Even when you are not thirsty take a sip whenever you consciously notice the bottle!. Refill your bottle whenever you can, never let it get empty!. You will be amazed at how much water you can drink in a day!. Cut out junk food and sugar if you eat it!. I suggest eating fruit in the morning to jump start your metabolism!. Eat some fruit if you ever feel light headed and dizzy and drink water!. If you currently do not exercise, start now!. Exercising will actually boost your energy levels and lower your stress levels!. You will feel crappy the first few days, but after that you will feel great!. If you enjoy eating, great! You are 14 and need to be eating a lot of food!. Eat as much as you want as long as it is good nutritious food!. No sugar, no deep fried foods, use your common sense!. Eat a well balanced diet of fruits, vegetables, grains, proteins, you should know the basics!. This should have you feeling loads better within a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
