Question: How can I quickly lower my bodyfat!?
I want to get a 6-pack and even when i do hundreds of crunches it still wont happen so im going to try and lower my bodyfat!. How can I quickly lower it without starving myself!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Abs are 70% diet, 30% exercise!. You need to lower your body fat percentage by eating a diet of only lean proteins, complex carbs, fruits, veg, good fats ONLY (and never go above your RDA), and water!.
