Answers:
I don't think you should go on a No carb diet, you might want to consider staring low carb (like atkin's) as you might not get enough nutrients in a no carb diet!. If you do, there aren't that many things you'd be able to eat, anyhow!. Actually, the only foods that have no carb in them would be pure proteins and fats, since even vegetables have carbohydrates, although undigestable, they are still carbs! =) However, they have a very low glyceamic index (0 or nearly 0) as the body is not able to digest or absorb them!.
The one's that I know are!.
-green leafy vegetables (very low carb) - like spinach, lettuce
-cucumbers
-Asaparagus (it is said to have negative calories, as the calories you use to burn asparagus are more than those in the veggie!!)
-Tea, herbal infusions (not all)
-some types of cheese are very low in carbs
-eggs are quite low in carb content (1g of carb/egg)
-fatty nuts (like macedemia) are very low carb
you can google them up!

I still think going low carb (low carb, high fat) would be best!.

remember to take nutritional supplements and essential fatty and amino acids during this week, as losing some of the essential molecules can actualy slow down metabolism and increase free radicals!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most of what you are doing is putting your body in to ketosis, I know that most of the foods you want to eat are high protein foods!. If you are choosing to this diet to lose weight your best bet would to be to do a protein supplemental program!. By this I mean doing protein shakes 2 times a day and eating a balanced meal once a day, by doing this I lost 20 lbs in 2 weeks and over a foot of body fat, I have since went on to lose over 65 lbs and have kept it off for over 2 years now!.
But I digress, most no carb foods are going to be lean meats chicken, turkey, stay away from the bacon and sausage and pork meats altho pork loin or chops slow baked are good with little carbs!. Eggs are also a great source of protein with no carbs!. I hope this helps you and I wish you much success!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't do this!. If you go NO CARB, you will lose weight but this isn't something that is healthy or even something you can do for a lifetime!. Everyone I know that went on Atkins lost a ton of weight and now are heavier than they have ever been when they began eating "healthy" again!. It just isn't possible to do the rest of your life!. Do something sensible like Weight Watchers!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

foods with 0 carbs would be vegetables like lettuce, spinach, broccoli, green beans , carrots but not alot cuz it has natural carbs about 8 gram per serving of one whole one!.
