How do you do..?

can anybody share some good excercises to get rid of that hanging flab under your arms? |:
and some good excercises to get rid of stomach flab?
and some for quadriceps?

*how* exactly do you do crunches?


Answers:

you can target specific body areas to tone/gain muscle but you cant spot reduce body fat naturally.
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and will burn fat all over your body- do it 4-6 times a week for average of 45min and combine with light weight training (light weight, high amount of slow reps) 2-3 days a week.
eat healthy, fresh, unprocessed foods, small meals every 2-3 hours.
crunches - 15-25reps 2-3 sets twice a week is enough. - lay on the floor, fingertips hardly touching ears (do not help with hands lift your head), look in one spot directly above your eyes and dont let it out of sight, lift shoulder blades off the floor - remember- the only muscle that are working doing this are abs - not your arms, head etc. breathe out going up and in going down.
