Help please??? (see details)?!

Question: Help please!?!?!? (see details)!?
Well for about 6 months I've been eating healthier and exercising about a hour a day between walking, going for runs, sports and phys ed!. I look way better, and I've lost some weight, but I always get grumpy! I'm not starving myself, I eat about 1800 calories a day!

Ever since I was little, I got in a bad mood when I had low blood sugar (that's what my mom says), but now since I don't eat as much I always have "low blood sugar" (i guess) unless its right after a meal!. I've started to be kind of snappy to my friends, and I hate it, but I don't want to have to pig out to keep my moods normal!.

What should I do!? Anyone with similar experience!?

Thanks!. Love all aroundWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
It could be a number of these things
psychological you think you are getting low blood sugar before a meal and its coincidental to the situation!.

It depends alot on when you exercise and how!.

Just a tip: the best protection you can have against heart disease and aging is walking 6 hours a week!. Because that gives you the maxinum protection!. (its been studies google it)

Also you migh consider that you aren't actually eating enough or what you are eating is unhealthy!.
Food additive, reactions to things such as wheat, or gluten alergins might be the cause because you said you have had it since you were little!.
Next time check the ingrediants listing and the side effects associated at this site
http://www!.additivealert!.com!.au/search!.p!.!.!.
