Is it better to jog on a treadmill or just jog?!

Is it better to jog on a treadmill or just jog?

I like to go to the gym but I find it drags more on the treadmill. Also is it better to exercise at night or early in the morning?

well, early in the morning can get your metabolism up, but make sure you eat a little something before. but really, it doesn't matter what time of the day you exercise, it's just considering the fact that you exercise at all is very good. just jogging on the treadmill is much simplier on your joints and easier in general, the outside enviroment gives you more obstacles and hills and works your body more.
