Question: I started working out I've been doing this anything else I should do!?
So I do 200 situps, then 100 side situps each side!. 100 arm roatations, and 100 leg lifts (each leg) what else should I do!. I don't think I'll run til I get my tredmill next week!. Also I want my arms to be smaller, can I lift 5 pound weight withought gaining any muscle,just losing fat on my arms and they get toned!? Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Bench press is the best form of weight lifting you can do!. Do a light weight, like 20 kgs a couple of hundred times!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
