Question: How tall would i be !?
well im 16 years old im 5'6
my doctor said im about to grow to 5'9
but my body doesnt feel that its gonna just stop at 5'9 tho
whats the percentage of the doctors assumption about height is correct!?
and any tips of how to grow taller!? and should i actually buy a book about how to get taller, or is it just a waste of money!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

there's no way of guessing height correctly!. All doctors can use is a national average of what full heights are on average when given your current height at your current age!. Things like when you started puberty and if you lifted weights before you were 13 will affect height!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Depends on the pattern if any growth spurt or what not, but I'd say you'll stop at about 5' 8 - 5'9 because I'm sure you surpassed puberty already (hopefully)!.
I hear things about stretching can help, but you can't really alter your genetics or bones!.

If your meant to be taller then you will!.If it's in your genetic makeup!.Doctors can usually tell by bone density if you'll be taller or not!.Your only 16 anyway and a male so you have another few years to go yet til you stop growing so dont worry about it too much!.I was about 5'5 at 16!.!.!.!.I'm 22 now and 5'8!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
im 18 now when i was 15 the doctor said id stop growing because my leg bones have stopped!. ive grown maybe an inch or two since then!.!. id say pretty accurate!. a lot will change in the next few year of your life and a lot of things can stunt your growth such as smoking or coffee or muslce gain!.!. so dont smoke or drink coffee!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
