Witch is better for my work out?!


Question:

Witch is better for my work out?

im doing arm reps with like 20 pound 1 arm thing like donbell or what ever the heck they call it would it be better to do 20 pounds witch = less reps or like 10 pounds and do 3 times the reps? i do around 20 arm reps each time and will i see the musil in my upper arm or my 4arm

it depends what you want, if you want shape, then you keep the weight low and repetitions high. you want bulk/strength, then your weight high and repititions low. on the last set its good to push yourself till muscle failure( dont over do it though) also depends what kind of curls your doing, dumbell curls or hammer curls. dumbell curls will give you a tennis ball type muscle in your arm, hammercurls will make your muscle longer instead of tennis ball like.
