well, your metabolism is how fast your body processes food and drinks!. essentially, the faster your body processes food and drinks, the less fat gets stored, so the less weight you gain!. the slower your body processes food and drinks, the more fat gets stored, so the more weight you gain!.

Drinking green tea increases the rate of your matabalism as does smoking!. When you have a fast matabalism you lose more weight than if you have a slow matabalism :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
