Question: Lose 5-10 pounds in 2 weeks!.!.!?
hi everyone, my high school graduation will be in about two weeks and i want to lose a few 5 to 10 pounds before then!. under normal circumstances i bet i could do it with excercise and eating right, but i'm too busy studying for finals to go to the gym during the week!. is there a way for me to lose weight without goin to the gym!? and i have to do all this in a very healthy non stressful way, i need to be healthy and able to do well on my exams!. i'm already stressed as it is!.!. so does anyone know of a way i could lose those pounds without the gym!? thanks!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just so you know, that doesn't sound like the healthiest thing, but I understand where you're coming from!. Try a liquid detox diet like these ones below!. The goal of it isn't for weight loss purposes!. It's to rid your body of unwanted toxins and pollutants, but i've heard that it can shed a few unwanted pounds pretty easily in a week or so!.

You cannot healthily lose weight without a carefully planned diet and exercise!. By the way, losing 10 pounds in 2 weeks is impossible to do healthily, especially without exercising!. The most fat you can lose in a week is 2 pounds!. Just think: you didnt gain all your weight in a month or 2, so how could you possibly think of losing it that fast!? I would just not worry about it for now, most people are overly self-conscious!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I went on a NO-CARB diet for two weeks with my friend a while back, we did it for 2 weeks and I lost 2 stone, my friend also lost a lot of weight, but once it was over we both ate the wrong kind of things straight away and were both ill!. You could maybe go on this diet, but once you eat carbs again, introduce them slowly back into your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is not the healthiest way to do it but stop your liquid intake as much as possible!. The first 5 or 10 pounds is usually water weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
