Question:

I have a crazy work schedule and want to lose weight, where do i start?

Just looking to lose like 5 to 10 lbs. More interested in getting fit and eating healthy. I work evenings mostly, so I don't have time to cook very fancy healthy meals. All I have time for normally is sandwiches. I can't keep things cold at my job and normally do'nt have time to sit down and eat, it's a nibble throughout the night type of thing. I'm a night time worker outter, cause I crash after working out. But there's no gyms open when I get home from work and it's not safe to exercise outside in my area. Just looking for little tips, maybe some ideas for cool exercise tapes or dvds.


Answers:

I love a video called Slim in Six by beachbody.com. Also, bring carrots or celery to work to snack on. They'll keep you satiated without adding calories. Park farther away from the grocery store, take the stairs, do toe lifts while standing in line, sit on an exercise ball instead of a chair, etc etc. Stretch a lot.
