P90X workout plan?!


Question: P90X workout plan!?
im 17 i weigh 155 but im not tone at all and id say im just a little beefy im afraid to invest 100+ dollars in any fitness program, i do karate 2 hours 2 times a week but the level of fitness invlolved in what we do just keeps me at 155 i find it hard to loose weight!. Is the P90X routine worth the investment!?
I consider myself rather disiplined from karate already so i think i could handle the amount of commitment invlolved!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am currently using the program and I love it!. I am glad you mentioned commitment!. If you are committed to nutrition and exercise, you should see results using this program!. There are 13 DVDs, an exercise guide, nutrition guide, and free online support!. The exercises take about an hour per day!. Everything is laid out for you, it is like having a personal trainer in your home!. It is very intense but as Tony says "do your best and forget the rest"

Since you are 155, I would imagine you would see results fairly quickly!. After purchasing the program you can take a look at the message boards and see how the program has helped so many people!.

I think it is worth the investment!. I know we it has done for my wife and I and I would buy it all over again if I had to !.

I too was involved with Martial Arts, prior to starting P90X!. It was actually sort of the reason I chose P90X!. It has Kenpo X, which was the form my family was studying!. I actually went as far as learning about the Black Belt who taugh Tony Horton!. Since you are already doing karate you could actually use that as two of your cardio work outs, or you could do them as well!. It all depends on how much you want to "Bring It"!.

P90X has been 100% worth the money I have spent on the program and the supplements!. I feel better then I have in years!. I haven't lost a lot of weight, but I definitely have burned fat and gained muscle!.
