Question: What is the best thing to do to maintain your blood sugar!?
I'm not diabetic yet but my sugar goes up on and off!. Some people saying will help you to drop it down!. Can anyboy tell what is the good food or drink to have!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Avocados are known to maintain blood sugar levels!. Stay away from fruits that contain high amounts of sugar - bananas!. You want to eat foods which are high in fiber!. Fiber will make you full for longer!. Foods high in fiber are vegetables, avocados, whole wheat grain, legumes, complex carbs, complex fats!.!.!. ect!.

A vegetarian diet is said to maintain blood sugar levels!. I'm not suggesting to go vegetarian, but do some research in a vagetarian diet!. Try to encorporate foods found in it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

To keep your blood sugar at a normal level, eat three healthy square meals a day!. Include fruit and vegetables and try baked chicken and steamed vegetables!. Stay away from high sodium like certain fried foods!. Sometimes a little sodium is ok for flavor to the foods but only a little quantity is good for you!. you want to be on a low glycemic diet!. There are books on this at your local bookstore!. This type of diet keeps your bloodsugar at an even level!. Also you said your not diabetic yet, but have you ever had a HGBA1c blood test done!? THis will give you abetter look at how your blood sugar has been doing over the last few weeks!. I have heard that people have had good results with cinnamon for regulating their blood sugars also!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Best thing is to be active during the day!. Walk 30 mints in the morning and 30 mints in the evening to maintain ur metabolism active!. This is the key to maintain Ur blood sugar level good also eat good!.One more thing not to eat after I would say six or two hrs before u go to bed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
