Question: TREADMILL VS!. ELLIPTICAL: which is better for slimming legs!?
I always do put incline and resistance on the elliptical, but which will actually work better at SLIMMING my legs!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I do the eliptical 4x a week for 30 minutes each time!. I walk 4 miles a day after the eliptical!. On the 3 alternating days, I do weight circuit training, and that includes weight training doing leg lifts, leg curls, hip abduction, hip adduction, horizontal leg press and calf raises!. My legs are tight!. It's not a matter of one over the other, but a combination of all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i use the elliptical!. not only does it better tone your legs but it's also easier to burn calories and it's gives less of a strain on your shins compared to the treadmill

plus it works out your arms as well!. almost a total body work out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eliiptical better on joints and easier but treadmill provides many more types of exercise options!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Forget both of them and go for a real walk! Do plenty of squats too!Www@Answer-Health@Com
