Loseing weight by walking...?!


Question: Loseing weight by walking!.!.!.!?
My sons school is 1!.61 miles from my house!.!.!.I weight 170 lbs and i am 5'9!. Really i only have a spare tire from my 3 yr old!.(pregnancy weight not lost yet)

If i was to walk him to school every morning total of 3!.22 miles in under a hour the calculator says i will burn 290 calories total of 1455 calories a week!.

Where is that on a scale of exersice!? will i lose the tummy weight!?

Please give some advice!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.

walking is the best exercise and yes you will lose total body inches so it's not something that you will see right away!. But if you use the walk as a way to bond with your son and not focus so much on the weight loss (watched pot never boils theory) you'll do just fine!.

Yes you will lose some tummy weight!. Your stomach will get flatter but because of the pregnancy you may be left with flab around your midsection!. But weight is related to how much calories your taking in!. Watch your calories and continue walking and you will lose some tummy weight over the next few months!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's half the battle of weight!. The other half is diet!.

But if you start walking every day, the fat will melt off your body!. It's amazing how easily it works!.
