Need wt gain help?!


Question: Need wt gain help!?
any thoughts on how to gain wt if you have had a eating problem
i can eat 2 good meals aday
but thats only about 900 calories
i need good foods that are fatting and has alot of cals ,easy to swollow
or how many cals does it take to stay at least were i dont dont

heavy foods like pasta and meats will do the trick!.
you need to make sure its healthy calories not just alotta fat and carbs, protein is your best bet!. just because things like cake and donuts have calories doesn't mean they are healthy weight gain!. stick to 40% protein, 40% carbs, and 20% fat for your calorie intake and that will helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

ahh, listen hun dont look at calories ny more! listen the bigest turn off to a guy honestly is a girl that doesnt eat healthy, eat 3 good meals a day trust me, itll keep you tuned n work out, you dont have to not eat to stay thin, work out! runn sit ups!. Eat a nice breakfast, boiled or scrambled eggs, wholewat toast, a glass of milk, or you can go for the bran cereal and fruits, lunch have a nice salad prefebly with some chicken strips, eat something smooth to top off the day, baked salmon with herbs n steamed vegetables, great for the heart and mind n tastes great!
