I want to loose weight, but I dont have the willpower...?!


Question: I want to loose weight, but I dont have the willpower!.!.!.!?
im only 19, i weight about 260 pounds!. i know, im fat!. most the time im comfortable with it, but i know im not!. like, i want to have kids and i want to wear normal clouthes and thats when im like "you know what!? im going to diet!." but then i exercise 1 day, and my body hurts!. it makes me not want to do it anymore!. plus i really really love food!. and if i dont eat i get like, shakey!.!.!. and feel like im going to pass out!. like i dont have energy!. anyone else going threw the same thing!? or have gone threw the same thing!?

im thinking im going to go to the doctor soon, maybe he can help!? *i havent been to the doctor in like 5 years*Www@Answer-Health@Com

I weighed 213 when I started my diet in late January - now I weigh 205!. That isn't a big difference but at least I am headed in the right direction!.

Here is something you might try: Tackle one issue at a time!. It sounds like you need to learn how to eat right first before you do anything else!.
To lose weight you need to do one thing: change your eating habits!. I started Weight Watchers and decided that I could commit to 10 weeks of trying to eat a healthier diet!. I certainly struggled with it, but in that time I lost about !.5 lbs per week!.

I decided that expecting myself to both eat right and work out in the beginning was too much to handle, and that had been my problem in the past - too many things on my plate and feeling like crap when I didn't work out because I was too busy or too tired!. Stress makes me gain weight!.!.so I cut out the worry this time and am not exercising (except the yard work, etc!.)
So this time around, I am focusing on my eating habits!. Weight Watchers is great for that, and I highly recommend it!. You need to plan your meals for a week at a time for any diet to be effective, it takes the daily brain work out of it!. If you can't afford WW, then join www!.thedailyplate!.com and log your calories - join a couple groups and get ideas and support from them!.

I've lost almost 10 lbs now, its been 5 months!. I figure once I have lost about 20 lbs I will start to add in some yoga or something to start to help toning my body again!.!.!.but right now I am focusing solely on the eating habits!.

Honestly!? If you're serious about losing the weight this is what i know will work and it's healthy!. trust me!. Begin with nutrition/diet and the rest will follow!. First, go two weeks without any starches or carbs (such as bread,cereal,oatmeal,rice,pasta, potatoes, pastries and baked goods), fruit, starchy vegetables, or sugars/sweets (unless sweetened artificially)!. Eat plenty of eggs, cheese (reduced fat but not fat-free) milk, (reduced) nuts, lean meats, vegetables, fish, and health olive oils!. Dont excercise if you dont want to (during these two weeks only)!. After the two weeks (or during) Pick up a book of the South Beach Diet and Read it! This will explain what to do to lose weight, in a healthy and effective way and help you out more than i can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had the same thing when I was 200 pounds but now I am 140 pounds I am 5 pounds underweight but I feel awesome!.

I was like you eating staying in unactive and felt fat & lazy,

then I started to watch what I ate I ate healthy avoided junk foods and fast foods,

walked small paces then it got longer as I went!.

swim if you don't wanna excerise also drink 4-8 glasses of water turn off the Tv & PCWww@Answer-Health@Com

Its normal for someone who doesnt usually excersise!. start slowly, don't put yourself through pain or obviously you wont want to carry on!. It may take a few months but gradually build it up and you will really start enjoying it!. Imagine the results, and how happier in yourself you will feel!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

start with your diet, count your calories!. I allowed myself only 1200 a day!. And because of that I would choose the things that would fill me up the most, like there was no way I would waste 200 calories on a candy bar or soda!. I still ate what I wanted but would only allow myself the 1200 calories!. I also drank like four or five 32oz cups of room temp!. water, whenever I wanted food I would drink that big cup of water and wait 5 minutes, if I was still hungry then I would eat!. Within 2 weeks I had dropped 15lbs and that was motivation to start exercising!. In 6 months I went from 220lbs to 155lbs and a size 20 to a 10! You can do it, and you will feel so much better, and sexier!
